John Kinley to John Bridson - Sale

Know all Men by these Presents that I John Kinley of
KK Arbory divers good Causes & Consideracons me hereunto
moving but more especially for & in Consideracon of the Sum of
forty one Pounds Currency of the Isle to me in hand now paid
before the Signing of these Presents – Do Alienate Bargain pass-
-over & absolutely Sell unto John Bridson of sd Parish all the Right
Title & Interest that I now have or hereafter may have unto a certain
Parcel of Land in KK Malew commonly called [obscured by fold]
of Gick’s Land in Balny Glionneh – Quarter – Purchased some time ago
by me ye sd John Kinley from Wm Gelling of KK Malew aforesd of such
Yearly Lords Rent as the Set Enquest Shall fix upon it – With
all & every the Appurtenances thereunto belonging – with all Ways
Waters Water Courses Easements & Liberties belonging or any wise
appertaining to the Premisses to him the sd John Bridson his Heirs
Execrs Admrs & Assignes from me John Kinley my Heirs Execrs – 
Admrs & Assignes for Ever to have & to Hold the Premisses agt any
Pretensions that may hereafter Ensue – And to procure the Wopfull
Deemsters Attestation & the Honrble Courts Confirmacon with [fold]
& things that shall be necessary for the Strengthening of the above
Bill of Sale – And he the sd John Bridson Yielding & Paying Yearly
& every Year the Lord’s Rent as before menconed with all Customs
Duties & Services Payable our of the Same at the times & Seasons – 
accustomed within this Isle – And I the sd John Kinley do Bind & 
Oblige myself – my Heirs Execrs Admrs & Assignes by no Manner
of means to Disturb Molest or Endamagd the sd John Bridson his
Heirs & Assignes by any Suit Disturbance or Trouble in or concer
-ning the within demised Premisses – For the true & faithful
Performance of all & singular the Premisses I the above John
Kinley do bind myself my Heirs Execrs Admrs & Assignes in the
Penalty of four score Pounds to be levied in Nature of all Fines
within this Isle – In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Sett
my hand & Seal this 24th day of Febr in the Year of our Lord
one thousand seven hundred & forty six – seven –

[obscured by fold] Bill of Sale being acknowledged before
the Deemster, and now openly published in Court
and no objection affered agt it, Is therefore allowed
off and Confirmed according to Law
