Cottages 10d Wm Kerruish 5d Wm Kerruish 5d The Right of the one half of the above 5d rent being in Ewan Kerruish another of the said Wm Kerruish's sons by vertue of the last Will and testament of Issabel Kerruish his mother decd. now produced in Court, and it being incosted in the said Will that when the sd Issabel put the question to the above Wm Kerruish her husband, asking his Consent for his part, to her sd Request, he replyed, they should not differ, And he being now in Court doth give his full & free consent to ye same accordingly ; the said Ewan hath ^ conveyed and disposed of ^ Sold all his Right to ye premisses, unto the above Wm Kerruish his Brother now Entered by vertue of a Deed of Settlemt. Bearing date the 9th of January 1723 lawfully confirmed by the Court : the said Wm Kerruish himself senr. Being one of ye quest, desired this Entry to be made in ye manner herein menconed & Expressed. not compounded for.
