South Side Sale, October 1786 #83 Lonan

John Wattleworth to John Kinley

Know all men by these Presents that I John Wattleworth [Walworth overwritten] of
the Town of Ramsey with the concurrence and joint consent
of Esther Walworth my wife Diverse Good causes & Reasons
us hereunto moving but chiefly and more Especially for and
in consideration of the just & Entire sum of one Guinea to
be paid or secured to be paid to us or our order at the worthy
Deemsters attestation hereof at by and from the Hands
of John Kinley of Laxey in the Parish of KK Lonnan
Have Given Granted alienated passed over and Sold
And by these Presents do Give Grant alienate pass
over Bargain and for ever absolutely Sell unto him the
said John ^Kinley^ his Heirs Execrs adminrs & assignes a parcel of 
Intack in Laxey aforesd (opposite the Gable of the fish house
in the south East part of our Rent there) consisting of Eight
yards in front northwardly and Six … yards backwards
From us the said John Walworth and Ester my wife
and our Respective Heirs Execrs adminrs & assigns, To
have and to hold unto him the sd John Kinley his Heirs
Execrs adminrs & assigns the premisses beforementioned
and Every part thereof with the whole Issues & profits
of the same Together with all ways waters watercourses
Easments Liberties and appurtenances to the same belong-
=ing or in any wise appertaining for ever as aforesd
from the Day of the Date hereof He the sd John Kinley his
Heirs Execrs adminrs & assigns yielding & paying yearly
and every Year Such annual Lords Rent as the Setting Quest
of the sd parish shall adjust upon the premisses and doing
and performing all other Dues and Duties annually
incumbent upon the same We the sd John Walworth &
Esther my Wife obliging ourselves to procure the worshipl
Deemsters attestation with the Honrble courts Confirmation
to these Presents as also to Defend, maintain uphold 
and awarrant him the sd John Kinley & his Heirs Execrs
adminrs & assigns in the peaceable possession of all
and singular our Right, Title Interest & property
to the before Bargained & Sold premisses against the 
pretended Rights, Claim or Demand of any person or
persons whatsoever and further to do perform and
Effectually, perfect Execute and finish any other act or
Deed wch may at any time hereafter appear to be further

necessary or Requisite for his the sd John Kinleys and
his Heirs Execrs admrs & assigns better security & sure
holding of the Premisses for ever as aforesd  And for the
True and faithful performance of all & singular the
beforegoing Bill of sale and every Clause therein
contained, we the sd John Walworth & Esther my wife
do hereby firmly bind & oblige our selves & Each of
us and every of our Heirs Execrs adminrs & assigns in
and under the penalty & forfeiture of Six Pounds
Sterling to be Levied & paid according to the Law & practice
within this Isle : As witness our Subscription this
14th day of March 1778

    parishes of Maughold Lonnan & Conchan the 31st
    day of Octobr 1786
The beforewritten Deed of Sale being acknowledged before the the
High Bailiff of Ramsey, and now openly published in Court
and no Objection offered against it,  The same is therefore
allowed of for & in the name & behalf of His Grace the
