Lib Vast - Lonan 1726-1739

This is a normalised form of the entries in Lib Vast for the period post Act of Settlement - note like Lib Assed all rents were in Roman notation - here modernised - Courts could be held twice per year but only when required thus only in a few years were two courts held with the usual one held in May (nominally on feast of St Philip & James 1st May)- the second would be in late September (nominally on feast of St Michael & All Angels 29 Sept)- mortgages often appear after the all sales.

Note that all deeds of sale and mortgage are recorded in South Side Sales or South Side Mortgages for this period

In places lost in the binding [] indicates sections not transcribed or ? for unsure.
