Robert Cubon + Thomas Kinley to William Cubbon - Sale

Know all men by these presents that We Robt Cubbon
& Margt Cubbon /als/ Curphey my wife Thos Kenley & Catrin Kenley
/als/ Comish my wife – for Divers Good Causes and Valuable – 
Considerations us hereunto moving but more Especially for and in
Consideration of the full & Just sum of one pound twelve shills to us
in hand paid the R[eceip]t whereof we do hereby acknowledge at by and
from the hands of Wm Cubbon of the parish of KK Arbory – Have Given
Granted Bargained alienated passed over & sold – and do be these presents
Give Grant Bargaine pass over and for Ever absolutly sell from us
our heyrs Exers Admers & assigns – All the right tytle Interest &
property that we now have or Ever After may might or Could have
of in and into a Certain parcell of Intack in the afsd parish of
KK Arbory and of the annual Lords Rent of nine pence or their-
abouts – and adjoining to the Rent of Wm Cubbon on the East and
to the rent of Wm Carren on the south & to Wm Callin West & north
To Have and to Hold unto him the sd William Cubbon his – 
heyrs & assigns the premises afsd with all ways waters and water 
Courses Easments liberties profits Commidities and advantages unto the
premises in any wise Respectively belonging or appertaining yelding
and paying the annuall rent as afsd together with all other suits
and services due and payanle out of the premises at the usuall time
and seasons accoustomed – And we the sd Robt Cubbon & Margt my 
Wife Thos Kenley & Catrin my Wife do hereby bind & oblige our selves
our heyrs & assigns to uphold maintaine Warrant and Defend the – 
premises agt the pretended right tytle Claime or demand of any
manner of person or persons Whom So Ever – and also to obtain
the Worshipfull Deemsters attestation with the Honble Courts Confirmation
to this present Deed of Sale – and also to do and to perform all –

Other act or acts thing or things that in Law shall be necessary
or Requisit to be done And do further bind and oblige our selves
our Heirs Exers Admers and assigns to see him the said William
Cubon Entered Tenn?nt upon the Court Rolls for the said
Demised premisses And for the true and faithfull
performance of all and singular the premes we bind
ourselves our Heirs Exers Admers and assigns in and
under the penalty of four pounds to be Levyed and
paid according to Law as Witness our Names or
marks this 18th Jan: 1763
