Crowe
Researching my grandfather's family: Alfred Crowe was born in Bride, Isle of Man March 28, 1866, son of John Crowe & Jane Kneen (m. June 23, 1860). Alfred's siblings include Eliza Jane, John Joseph, Rebecca. Alfred married Mary Turnbull in Whitehaven in approx. 1899. One sister was listed as Alfred's survivor, living on the Isle of Man in 1944.
John Crowe, son of John Crowe & Margaret Sayle was born / ch. May 27, 1832, Bride; died Sept. 15, 1915, possible siblings: Margaret (Oct.15, 1833, Bride); Elizabeth (Aug. 6, 1837, Malew?); Christiana (Apr. 21, 1839, Marown); Arthur (May 17, 1842, Andreas); Sarah (1847, Maughold); Alice (May 17, 1846, Bride); William Henry ? (Sept. 7, 1840, Douglas).
I am stuck at this point, any information would be greatly appreciated.
