Does any of this ring a "BELL"?

I have BELLs back to 1827 including Henry Wesley, Henry Edward, Henry Wesley (again), Doris Mamie, George Oates, Lillian Steven and Mona. I'm hoping to make some additions to the family but need your help! Simon BELL keeps popping up in my searches, having been born in 1791 in Scotland and later emigrating to the IOM and getting married in Lezayre in 1813 to Jane Clague. Evidently they had several children, one of which MIGHT be my gt gt gt grandfather (Henry Wesley, b. 1827). Other children of Simon and Jane are Simon Jr., James, Arthur, Edward and Sarah. I need to be able to obtain either birth, marriage or death particulars for Simon BELL and/or a census record for Lezayre 1821 or Michael 1831/41 if such records exist?
