You could try this:
On www.1911census.co.uk/ click on "Full person search". Then click on "Show advanced fields".

First names: Alice
Last name: [leave blank]
Year of birth: 1879 (+ or -) 2
Place of birth: Isle of Man

There are 58 entries.
If you exclude the ones which have additional names other than May or Mary it cuts this number in half. When narrowing the dates to within a year of her bapt, it cuts them down to about 10. If you search for the marriages for these ones on the FHS website it should exclude several more if married IOM. You could try for the others on FreeBMD - but leave off her surname on the search. You can find that on the entry when found under husband's name and her first name.

I still think that the one I gave you above was a possibility. KELLY ALICE M F 1879 32 Isle of Man Isle of Man. Marriage registered in Peel (see Len's message).
