EPISCOPAL WILL Kirk Michael 1782 FHL Film #0106397:
The last will and testament of John Quiggin of Balloney of the parish of
KK Michael who departed this life the 16th of June who were sound in
mind and memory at the pronouncing of the same.
First he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial.
He left to his daughter Mary Quiggin 5 pence as legacy.
He left to his beloved wife a meadow that was lately purchased the
meadow lyeth in the Quarterland of Baregarrow likewise he nominated and appointed his said beloved wife whole and sole executrix of movable
and immoveable whatsoever.
Lastly he left 6 pence legacy to anyone that will sue or claim a right in this his last will - this the Nineteenth June One thousand Seven hundred
eight three.

The executrix is sworn in court in form of Law and hath given pledges
for the payments of debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will.
William Gell the grandfather is sworn guardian of the children under age.

Nov 25th 1790
James Oates husband of Mary Oates als Quiggin acknowledges to have
received from Pat Corjeag husband of the executrix within named the
legacy of 5 lbs bequeathed by the testator and exonerates acquits and
discharges the said executrix and every other person of the same and
every part thereof. Witness his name and mark the day and date before

According to above will Mary Gell Quiggin married Patrick Corjeage after
the death of John Quiggin in 1783. She married Pat Corjeage 9 Jun 1784
