The records of baptism don't usually show the age of the child, perhaps 1 in 100 are show in the margin, usually when it is an older child 4 or 5 yaers old, perhaps getting baptised with a younger sibling. Occassionally it will say born Jan 1st or 10 days old, but not often, and in the cases I've seen it's where the child belongs to the curate or vicar, so that they happen to know the date of birth.
