Ralph is a fairly unusual name - only associated with one Callister family as far as I can see - originates Ralph Callister + Alice Kneen -> Ralph (bur 1848 age 58) + Esther Kneal -> Ann + John (Ann had at least one illeg child)
Esther + Ralph are with a number of other Callister families at brooghjiarg mooar in Ballaugh in 1841 (many weavers). Many younger sons from this area migrated to USA (usually Ohio) from 1830;s onwards)
