camden sharpe

I recently discovered that my uncle William Henry Sharpe was buried in Kansas city US under the name of James Camden Sharpe. He was from Ramsey and went to Canada as a farmer and then joined the canadian army. He was gassed in france in World war one and somehow ended up in a hospital in kansas city. The death certificate shows his parents as being from Kentucky which isnt true. his mother Mary Chesworth was from Lancashire and his father William Henry Sharpe was from Ramsey. They show a Camden in his name on the death certificate too. My grandfather Wm H. Sharpe was actually not a Sharpe. Mr. Sharpe had died three years before his birth. Can anyone please help me with more information. My uncle was in the army and had a number 21 on his cap. Thanks. MK
