I am told that my family lived on the Isle of Man long ago. My great or great great grandparents i heard left Englane for Man & I am wondering if there is any history of the Humber family name that has lived or still do live on Man? Also if you have any information on the Humber family name? Our family crest has a lion & a griffith on it & am wondering if there is any way you may be able to help me find out information on our name. After my son returns from his tour of duty from Iraq with the United States Army he is taking me to the Isle of Man & I would love to find out if we really do have family ties to Man.
