There are 2 possible Charlotte Carr entries ---which is the more likely one ?

1) 6 yr old Charlotte A Carr in the 1871 census, father John Carr and a step mother Diana. This Charlotte A's mother was Charlotte Jane Meredith who married John Carr in 1860 and died in 1870.
