Does anyone have any information about Charles Ratcliffe b. 1808 in/near Douglas? His parents? or any other information?

He was maried to Ann b. 1811 (Hoddom, Flintshire, Wales), and was my 3rd great grandfather.

The couple raised their family in/near Liverpool, where they lived for the entirety of their adult lives.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
