Please don't tag a new request into a unrelated thread - start a new thread (with suitable heading eg William Christian 1854-...) + give what details you have about him (eg there were some 8 possible contenders in 1861 census) - key details are name of parents (from his marriage certificate), any indication of birth parish etc.
