If this is the building on the Cooil Chapel side of the turn off into B&Q then it belonged to the late Maurice Day who was an artist/sculptor, and a very mobile chap in his little van and his wheelchair, despite the loss of two legs, which was I recall the result of a horrific industrial accident.
