Interestingly the next property after the 8 Ballakeil properties she lists is 'Callow's' of which nothing remains... 'Edward Callow was born in 1807 to John and Catherine Callow of Bride... In 1838 he married Elizabeth Cleator and they moved to this three acre croft at Outer Ballakeil. In the meantime Edward's sister and Elizabeth's brother had married each other and lived next door to Callow's etc.'
