Meayl Circle is described on Manx Note Book - very interesting place - fantastic views across towards Peel if the weather is right;
the cairn on the other side of road from Ruillick-ny-Quakeryn is somewhat disappointing - the dig by P M C Kermode was criticised for doing more damage than any benefit.
