it's always Athol (single 'l') in Douglas (though the Murray family spell Atholl . The WW2 internment area can be described with help of map at www.manxnotebook.com/towns/douglas/do_1910.htm as the part of Queens promenade at northern end of promenade (eg around the Metropole as described on MNB) square 3F and G2 and Hutchinson Square off Victoria Rd above Castle Mona Avenue square 5C.

Athol street, in which stood the Couthouse is at 10B.
