Could someone please help me to locate the events in the family. George Lay went to the Isle of Man in the 1860's and married an Annie Shortt from Ireland. His 2nd wife was Emily Jane . From info just received from Frances Coakley editor of manmxnotebook.com regarding the MI's between 1864 and his death in 1891 George lost 3 children and 2 wives.
I would like to know the dates that he married each wife please. Annie died 1877 and Emily Jane died 1882. the 1891 Census. 1891 Census shows that he possibly had a 3rd wife Ellen Matilda and a further 3 children born between 1882 an 1886.
I would be grateful for any help that anyone can give me.
