Can anybody please help, in my search for my grandmother Kathleen Corrin.

I have hit a brick wall in my search. Her obit ( she died in 1968, in Newton-Le willows ), says she was born in Port Erin Isle of Man, circa 1888.

The only possibility I can find is for a Katherine Corrin living in Bolton England in the 1911 cencus.

She married a Thomas Frederick Purcell ( my grandfather ), but I can not find any Marriage Certificate, or to that matter any sensible record in 1911 for him.

If anybody knows of a Corrin family living in Port Erin in 1888, I would be most grateful if they could help me.

The problem with the Katherine Corrin in the 1911 cencus, other than the spelling of her first name is that the racord states that she was born in Union Mills, I O M.

Could there have been born in hospital there ?.
