I reckon it may be a good idea to record all references to Ballaugh Pubs and breweries as I can feel a research proposal comin on. What do you reckon?.

As a parish we don't have as much going for us as those locales with castles and water wheels and the like !!

So I think we have a fab opportunity to gather good solid rural social history here. And of course that involves breweries (and conversely, Methodism).Especially as the local history written so far as been sketchy.
