The handful of surnames I typed in came up for Douglas, Ballaugh & Michael - but maybe it's not complete yet. Also, transcription errors and misspellings could account for some apparently missing names. I was surprised they hadn't sent out notification that the IOM is online in the same way as they did for the English counties and Wales, so perhaps it's not finished yet after all.
