Can anyone help me identify the William Garret who married Ann Christian 22-Jul-1790 Lezayre. I think he could be the ileg son of William Garrett and Isabel Faragher brn 5-Mar-1748 Lez. William and Isabel married12-Oct-1751 at Lez and had two more children, John and Thomas. Ann is the dau of John Christian (of the Curraugh) and Elizabeth Corlet Lezayre. I have both her parents wills, John Christian 1792 and Elizabeth Christian als Corlet 1795 .also the will of her aunt Margaret Garret als Christian, 1795 Lez. The couple are named in all three wills. William and Ann had three children, Elizabeth brn 1791, John brn 1793 and Thomas brn 1794. I am trying to establish if their son John is the John Garrett who married Elizabeth Crow 9-Oct-1827 at Maughold. He died 31-Oct-1867 at Lez age 74. I cannot find wills for Wm and Ann, or John and Elizabeth. I am hopeing they or their children might be named in other family wills. In the 1841 census there is a Wm Garrett age 85 with John Garrett and his wife Elizabeth Garrett als Crow. There is a burial at Lezayre for a William Garrett 28-Dec-1841 age 91. If anyone has any info on the above that they are willing to share I would be very grateful. All the wills mentioned are on Ian's site. Thanks Pauline.
