My Grand Mother, Clara Elizabeth BLOWS married John Robert LEWIN Aug 5 1899 in Lonan Parish Church.
She, being a minor age 16¼ yrs and he 25 according to marriage certificate, but in fact he was 2 months over 27.
Would there have been a letter of consent from her parents ? Both were alive at that time.
Where, if possible, may a get a copy of the said letter ?
