I'd be a little wary of the rushen birth - there would appear to be no Leece family in Rushen until the 1830's with no wills,burials or marriages prior to this date (and Rushen folk tended to marry other rushenites!) - a baptism in German might fit better
(Lace is just as rare in Rushen - no obvious rushen illegs either I can see that match)
