Liz They have I think been discussing a letter of
Condolence/ sympathy today. There may be problems
with financial support despite the Government's Overseas
Aid programme which is very generous BUT directed to
Third World Countries. I relayed a message today reminding them, leaving general humanitarian matters
aside , that the descendants of many Manx emigrants live
in Victoria whether from gold miners who went to
Ballarat & Bendigo or much more recent immigrants.
