Braddan burial register

I find I have the burial of an Eliza Cavendish in Braddan taken from the IOMFHS transcription as

Cavendish, Eliza, aged 72, residence Douglas, grave no. 1886, buried 25.11.1862

I thought at first this was Eliza Clucas, wife of William Cavendish, baker, who was buried in the same grave 18.8.1881, but noticed the age difference then found

Manx Sun Sat 29.11.1862
Cavendish, Eliza died 24 November 1862
Eldest daughter of the late William Cavendish, after a long illness, aged 23; and

Lawson burial index:
CAVENDISH, Eliza, 22, Bra, 25 Nov 1862

The transcription also has - CAVENDISH, Eliza, aged 51, res. Douglas, grave no.594 bur. 6.12.1866
which compares with Brian's - CAVENDISH, Eliza, 51, Bra, 6 Dec 1866
which I reckon to be the mother.

Would some kind soul please check for me sometime if the entry in Braddan Burials Book Three 1849 – 1981 A-C (for Eliza Cavendish buried 1862) actually says aged 72 (and is therefore, in my opinion a mistake) or have I mistranscribed the transcription?
