William Quayle, son of John Quayle, Ballaskella?

The 1911 census has provoked more questions than answers. My great-great grandfather was William Quayle of Ballaskella, Lezayre, born 1811. My great grandmother was his daughter, Eunice Eliza, born 1953, who married John James Corlett and went to live in Stockport, Cheshire. When John James died in 1905, a William L. Quayle arranged the funeral. I am trying to find out whether William L. Quayle was the son of John Quayle of Ballaskella, born 1815, William senior's brother. In the 1871 Census there is a John Quayle, b. 1815, living at Narradale, Lezayre, with his wife Margaret, b. 1835, and children, including William L. born 1865. In the 1911 census I have found a William Lewis Quayle, married to Rosa Plant, living in Stockport with their children. On the marriage certificate his father is John. Could this be the same family? If so, he would be the first cousin of Eunice Eliza.
Any help would be appreciated.
Janet.
