Not looked at the messages for a few days and just come across yours.
William Cubbon was the brother of one of my ancestors Esther Creer nee Cubbon. I have some paperwork of the trial when he allegedly forged the Will of his Mother Margaret Cubbon nee Radcliffe. I didnt know he had a brother called John though! Thought there was only William and Esther. (William baptised Radcliffe as born just before Margaret Radcliffes marriage to Robert Cubbon but later took name Cubbon). Will look into this further.
