Sorry, I can't find an Eleanor Radcliffe bapt Maughold parish church around the right age (b.c.1850 according to the 1881 census), although there is one bapt 21 July 1848 Ramsey - see FamilySearch.

Val, you need to buy certs from the Registry for the people you ask about, because otherwise it is just guesswork, looking at records before 1901. Start with the birth cert for your grandfather John Radcliffe Duggan born c.1906, and then his parents' marriage cert from the information at his birth. The marriage cert will give you more information from which you can check censuses.
