I was recently contacted by June Edge whose ancestors are Cottiers of Knocksharry Farm, Peel. John Cottier b 1819 had three sons, John Thomas b 1857; James Sewell b 1859; and Charles Edwin b 1865.
John and Charles emigrated to Cleveland Ohio USA and James to Heywood, Victoria, Australia.
