the "Andreas" book is on sale at manx museum (enquiries@mnh.gov.im) however it only describes son Robert + family who settled in Andreas - not thomas - all deeds need be consulted in person at Manx museum but I'm only guessing they bought it (usually deeds don't give much info re origin of buyer tho it might give his occupation) - the mormons have filmed the index to North Side Sales which would confirm if a deed existed - the parish reg for both german + andreas is also available on mormon microfilm - my own guess from names is that they were irish
