you don't have to be on-Island - unless the LDS Parish Reg films are not the same as those in the Manx Museum ,they should include burials (obviously they don't include MI's - however these have been compiled by the IoMFHS, can be bought from them (they have a presence on this web site) and also, I believe, they are available via LDS FHC's (I know Norreen Cottier used to send SLC copies)
