I am planning a trip to the IoM in November to investigate two families.
These are:
a) Joseph Sharp (1853-1925), Councillor and Mayor of Douglas.
b) Edmond Hawnt (1846-1923), Confectioner and Hotel Owner.
Any information re these people and any indications of how to spend my time in IoM will be gratefully received.
