Cellars in Manx usage are storage places (warehouses) used by merchants - not underground but close to the shoreline - Derbyhaven consists of a short line of houses + other buildings (inc at one time a smelt house) stretching up the neck of the Langness peninsula until it reaches the road running along the bay into Castletown - there a few houses (+ pub) at this junction - the road passes King Williams college opposite which is Hango Hill which I presume is the Mount Strang[e].

There is a paper on the smelting house in the Proc IoMNH&ASoc which has a map but not accessible to me at present - the 1868 25"/mile plan should show all the houses - possibly the Manx Museum might supply a copy of that section
