Raymond, if you want to get further with these families there is no avoiding looking at wills and parish registers. I listed them for you in a previous message [6 July]. Under "Re: William Quayle/Margaret Cowley". Will you please read this, because it answers all your questions as to what to do next.
Ballaugh is on LDS film no.0106707.
There is no evidence as yet that William Quayle was ever in Maughold, but you could get a lot of information from one or more of the wills I listed, and by going through the Ballaugh parish registers carefully looking for family connections in bapts, marriages, and burials.

I already gave you the bapt and burial in Maughold for Isabella Quayle:
Isabel dau of Thomas Kirmeen & Ellinor Stole bapt 27 Jul 1778. Private baptism.
Isab. QUAYLE aged 78, B.Cashen, buried 10 Oct 1856.
