The parish records of that time period usually don't give the information that you are seeking.
Usually they only give names of bride and groom, their parish of residence, whether "of age", if single or previously married.
If one/both are underage then there would be a notation of permission by the guardian or parent--otherwise, parents not noted.
Sometimes relatives are witnesses but more often they seem to be church staff.
