I appear to be confusing the issue. I was referring to the tower just behind the Villa, by the bowling green. May when I thought it was a lighthouse, I had been told beacon. However pigeon coup as part a decorative feature in an amenity makes a lot of sense. I thought this was the tower in the original query. Beautiful bank of flowers below leading to Villas Gardens.
