Re: Turner family living at Sulby
In Response To: Turner family living at Sulby ()

Hi Cousin Max, I don't really know where to begin! My father was Roy Turner, and passed away aged 82 about 1989. We lived in Sulby until 1947 at "Kerrowmoar Cottage". The house belonged to my mother's foster parents named Quayle. There were 4 girls and 1 boy in our family. Sadly my brother Paul passed away in March 2000 3weeks before his 61st birthday. I don't really knoe anything about my father's side of the family, but I have met Mollie, many years ago. I have never heard of "Sulby Grammar School"? Only "Ramsey Grammar School", which is the only secondry school in the north of the island. I look forward to, maybe receiving an email from you so I can perhaps answer any questions you may like to ask.
Regards, Rose
