Ellen married as Ellen Taubman in 1833.
She says in censuses she was born 1811.
I have been unable to trace her birth or baptism either in England or Isle of Man which is where she says she was born.
The Elizabeth 1802 may be her sister and that is why she called her daughter Elizabeth.
