To clarify:

Charles KNEALE, Full age, Bachelor, Mariner, East St, Ramsey, [father] Charles Kneale, Saddler, and Elizabeth KNEALE, Full age, Spinster, Parliament St., [father] George Kneale, Farmer, married in Maughold on 23 Sep 1872.

Also:
Thomas Stephen KNEALE, Full age, Bachelor, Draper, Ramsey, [father] Stephen Kneale, Farmer, and Ann KNEALE, Full age, Spinster, Ramsey, [father] George Kneale, Farmer, were married in Maughold on 11 Oct.1860.

According to the IGI George & Ann had children named both Elizabeth [alive 1881 census], and Eliza, among others.

Sorry, can't find one in Ramsey with father William around the dates you gave.
