It woud seem to me that the only "funny" date is the 1851 census.
Using the census ages the year of birth would approximate to:
1841, 1815-19
1861, 1818
1871, 1817
Age at burial, 1818
These seem to agree. One year difference would depend on the exact birth date and who was providing the information.
