I checked out your link, and noticed that "Stevenson" was mentioned. I know that my father's surname may have been changed throughout the earlier years. But I've traced it rather clearly back to John Stephenson, possibly married to Jane Gell.

I'm so psyched that you're linked into DNA research. I also thought, after doing some research, that "familytreedna.com" looked like one of the best. (How do you feel about that company? Any complaints/comments?)
