There is a clue in that the marriage was by consent of Andrew's guardian, which indicates that he was under the age of 21. Probably aged 20, judging from other underage marriages, although of course he could have been younger.
It also indicates that his father was dead - possibly intestate - and a guardian had been named for the children. So you might find a will or decree for the father.

You need a census entry to give Andrew's place of birth.
