As my grandfather was raised in the same orphanage (1900-1908), I looked back on some of my resouces and found that there is a listing for a Harold Skillicorn (year of arrival 1914) at the following:
www.collectionscanada.ca, under Canadian Genealogy Centre, databases, Home Children. Could find nothing for Elizabeth, however.
