ROMAN CATHOLIC BIRTH & DEATH RECORDS

About 2 months ago I wrote to the Roman Catholic Cannon on the IoM seeking any information that may be on their records about baptisms or deaths of any of my LYNCH(E)Y family but have had no response.
James or Michael LYNCH(E)Y was born in Ireland (somewhere), he married Sarah MULLEN (or similar) in Ireland, she seems to have been born in county Down.
Sarah and a son Thomas were sentenced at Castle Rushen in November 1833 to transportation and I have found details of their arrival in OZZ in 1835 as well as other documents.
Mary brought 1 of her 2 sons and both of her daughters with her.
I have found a Dissenter (RC) baptism in 1826 of a daughter Sarah to Michael LYNCHY and Sarah MULLEN.
The convict indent stated that Sarah was a widow, this suggests that her husband died sometime between the 1826 baptism and the trial in 1833.
Convict mothers were allowed to bring sons up to 8 years with them and daughters up to 12 years. This suggests that the son was born no earlier than 1825 and the other daughter no earlier than 1821 which fits the dates and ages that appear on her certificates here in OZZ, she, Mary Ann LYNCHEY, was my GG Grandmother
I have not found any trace of the other 2 children after their arrival noted on the indent.
Can anyone tell me where RC records can be viewed so that I may ascertain the birth dates and names of the 3 children who came with Sarah, and possibly when the husband died or was buried.
