Hi Barbara. I can't answer your question about the IOM look up exchange (though I'd be interested in the answer as well), I have a question for you. On your Robson side of the family - would you have a Mary Robson who married George Hulme (b 1828, s/o George and Ellen). George and Mary had a son George Hulme born 1864. This Hulme family come from The cheshire county in England. They do have a descendent who migrated to the IOM about 1900.
