Looking for parents of John Stowell

Could I please have a look-up from the 1841 census and/or any other suggestions to help me solve this puzzle?
I would love to give my g-g-grandfather John Stowell some parents. This is what I know so far:

The burial index shows he was buried 15 Jan. 1855 at the age of 30. This would put his year of birth around 1825. I know this is the right John Stowell, because I also have the will/decree which shows he died on 12 Jan. 1855 at Michael. I don't know if the age is accurate.

An 1851 census index look-up for Lonan showed the right family, but his age is 47 which puts his year of birth at about 1804. I don't know place of birth or occupation. Included in the household are his wife Ann (Killip) age 26, daughter Ann Jane age 2, son James age 2 days, and a William Stowell age 29. I don’t have any other information such as place of birth, occupation, or relationship for the man named William Stowell.

Baptism records for John Stowell’s children show that in 1851 & 1853 he was a miller at Lonan, and in 1855 he was a miller at Michael. The first 2 children were baptized at Sulby, no occupation given.

I located the marriage record of John Stowell to Ann Killip in 1846 at Lezayre (LDS: 0106727). He was a bachelor, she was a spinster, but ages and the father’s names aren’t on it.

Searching the IGI in the years 1820-1830 shows only 3 candidates:
John Stowell baptized 8 Feb. 1824 at Lonan – parents John Stowell & Ann Gale;
John Stowell baptized 31 March 1825 at Lonan – parents James Stowell & Ann Cowin
John Joseph Stowell baptized 28 April 1830 at Douglas – parents John Daily & Margaret Stowell.

The years 1800 – 1810 give me a few more candidates – one in Ramsey; one in Lonan; and 3 in Malew with same parents names, but different years.

I'm not sure where to go from here.

Thanks
